Today we popped into Urban Outfitters in Spitalfields where we fell in love with Richard Nicoll's new collection.

This cape blouse looks amazing and is ideal for work teamed with skinny black pants. At £255 it's not cheap but boy it's nice.....

HONE AND TONE IN 30 MINS

We all want to get fit but we just don't have the time - well that's our excuse anyway although with the new Power Plate studio in Selfridges we wont be using that one anymore.

The studio has classes that last just 25 minutes which means you can hone and tone your ass during your lunch hour. We tried the 'Beat The Muffin Top' class which banishes love handles and it was pretty full on. But that's the great thing about Power Plate machines, you don't need to exercise for long periods of time to see results.

So the next time you're shopping grab the girls and pop in for a quick session. Just watch out for the Starbucks when you come out, we got sidetracked into a latte and iced bun....

URBAN RETREAT HARRODS

This month we have mostly been giving our make-up a good shake-up following a Makeup Masterclass with a Daniel Sandler makeup artist at Urban Retreat, Harrods.

Located on the top floor of Harrods Urban Retreat is a one stop shop for all of your beauty needs with 32 beauty rooms and 45 styling stations. You can get your nails done, have a blow dry, grab some lunch, have a facial and get your make-up done all in one afternoon.

We opted for a full one hour Makeup Masterclass and went from washed out to going out in no time at all, taking home lots of tips with us. We now know the secret of smoky eyes - use three/four colours, which colours suit us best and how to apply liner (1/3 or the way along the bottom lash). Even the other half noticed, commenting that we should do our eyes like that more often.

We didn’t manage to keep our faces on for going out that night as we had the lesson pretty early in the morning but we'd definitely recommend a lesson if your not that hot on application. A 2 hour class costs only £50 per person and trust us it’s worth every penny!

HENRY HOLLAND: CHIC BUT CHEAP

We have been droolin' over some of the new designer collections lately but unless you're seriously wadded (we're not) then you're going to need to hit the high street as well. Which is why we were delighted when we found out Henry Holland's new collection H! in Debenhams was as delicious as any designer only at a fraction of the price - Hooray we say!

 These Polka Dot Shorts very similiar to the Mui Mui ones are only 20 squid.

This Zebra print dress - not unlike the Opening Ceremony one is a bargain at £35.

We're just been introduced to the Black Eyewear collection and its got our Raybans shaking in their cases. The sunglasses are inspired and named after jazz musicians from the 40's, 50's and 60's.
